Join us to apply for the Roadside Assistance Technician role at AAA Club Alliance.

AAA Chester Fleet is seeking dependable and empathetic individuals who enjoy helping others, whether it's changing a flat tire, jump-starting a car battery, or towing a vehicle. No CDL required. Paid training provided. Immediate hiring.

Benefits include:

• Competitive hourly rate of $20.50 to $23.25, depending on experience and position
• 10% shift differential for 2nd shift (adds $2.00+ per hour)
• Schedule after training, including weekends
• Overtime during peak season

Responsibilities include:

• Providing lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, and tire change services
• Providing tow and recovery services (for Tow Truck Operator position)
• Selling and installing car batteries (Mobile Battery Technician)
• Communicating effectively with members
• Making safe vehicle service decisions
• Accurate data entry, processing payments, and completing reports
• Vehicle and equipment inspections
• Supporting AAA at events and promotions

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• For Towing positions, ability to obtain Virginia Towing License
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with licensing requirements
• Ability to pass physical exam
• 3+ years in automotive/mechanical work or related experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Clean criminal, drug, and motor vehicle screenings
• Operate passenger vehicles and light trucks
• Effective communication skills
• Complete required training within 60 days of hire
