Field Technician, Collections - Suffolk/Chester, VA

Position Overview

The Collections Specialist is responsible for attempting to collect on accounts to ensure payments are made to the utility company, preventing termination of natural gas services. No experience is required as paid training is provided.

Minimum Requirements

• Reliable and punctual for scheduled assignments
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• High School Diploma or GED

Schedule and Environment

Full-time, daytime, remote mobile office with equipment provided. Some overtime may be required. Employees are valued and part of a self-managed team.
