Qualifications

• One (1) or more years experience in public works or related field.
• Familiarity with operating loaders and light trucks.
• Valid non-commercial Class C driver's license; ability to obtain Class B CDL.
• Must obtain Medical Certificate for CDL Learner's Permit.
• Safety-sensitive position with CDS and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate various equipment and perform maintenance on roads, storm drains, and related facilities.
• Drive trucks for routine transportation and hauling.
• Install and repair curbs, gutters, and sidewalks; concrete work.
• Mow grass with tractor mower; stripe roads and paint markings.
• Perform related work as required.
