A leading community organization is seeking a dedicated Roads Maintenance Worker to perform general and seasonal maintenance of facilities and grounds. The role involves various maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment functionality, and requires physical fitness and dependability. Candidates must hold a valid Minnesota Driver’s License and be willing to obtain a CDL. This position may require odd hours, especially during snow plowing.

Status: Non – Exempt
Salary Grade: NBE
SUMMARY:
General and seasonal maintenance of all Lower Sioux Indian Community facilities and grounds, including but not limited to the Recreation Center, Tribal Government Building, Treatment/Services, and the Health Building. Grounds keeping will include the property surrounding these buildings, as well as the Pow-Wow grounds, cemetery, water treatment plant, parks, ditches, and any and all community land not listed here.
