Job summary

Webber, LLC, a Ferrovial company, is seeking a maintenance technician to service roads and related infrastructure. You will manage MOT zones, perform repairs on bridges, drainage, and lighting, and operate heavy equipment while adhering to safety standards.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year in infra maintenance. A valid driver license and the ability to work overtime and in varying weather conditions are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of work experience in infrastructure maintenance is preferred.
• A valid driver license and good driving record are required to operate company vehicles.
• CDL, DOT certifications, Electrical and Welding certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair roads and other infrastructure assets per contract and supervisor directions.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices to create safe Maintenance of Traffic (M.O.T) zones.
• Work from heights using bucket trucks, scaffolding, ladders, and aerial platforms.
• Repair/maintain bridges, culverts, and electrical systems like CCTV, lighting, and call boxes.
• Transport crew and equipment to work sites using pickup trucks and heavy vehicles.
• Be available for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holiday emergency rotations.
