Job summary

Ferrovial, via its Webber subsidiary, seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain roads and related infrastructure. You will perform MOT setups, inspect bridges, and repair signs, drains, and lighting while coordinating with crews and ensuring safety across projects.

Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma or GED, a valid license, and the ability to work at heights. CDL/DOT and other certifications are a plus, with occasional overtime and emergency rotations expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year work experience in infrastructure preferred.
• A valid driver license and good driving record are required to drive a company vehicle.
• CDL, DOT certifications, Electrical and Welding Certifications are highly desirable.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove traffic control devices to ensure safe MOT.
• Perform basic maintenance and repair of bridge structures and related systems.
• Repair roadway drainage, signs, and lighting systems.
• Transport crew and equipment to work sites using large trucks.
• Be available for emergency response rotations, overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
