Job summary

Advantage Solutions, a leading North America business solutions provider, is seeking a Retail Supervisor to guide and motivate associates, ensure shelving standards, and deliver client objectives across assigned territories. You’ll work closely with Business Development Managers and Retail Managers to grow sales and execute projects.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple duties with changing deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and oversee retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and schedule work appointments.
• Monitor expenses and operate within the team budget.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting and coaching to direct reports.
