Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Traveling Retail Supervisor to lead and motivate retail teams across multiple locations in the US. The role focuses on meeting client standards, conducting store audits, and driving sales while managing budgets and schedules.

This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to travel extensively. The candidate will collaborate with Business Development Managers and store personnel to ensure objectives are met, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple duties with changing deadlines
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and complete retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses to meet budget standards.
• Provide accurate and timely administrative and coaching-related reporting.
