Job summary

SAS Retail is seeking a Traveling Retail Supervisor to lead and motivate a team of associates across multiple territories. You will ensure shelves are stocked, signed, and aligned with client schematics, while maintaining strong client relationships and budget discipline.

This role requires road travel up to 80% and offers full-time benefits, 401(k) matching, training, and generous PTO. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
• Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, execute and complete all retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
• Provide accurate and timely administration, reporting, and coaching to direct reports.
• Travel up to 80%.
