Job summary

Access | Information Management seeks a Record Center/Transportation Specialist to move and protect important records for hospitals, law firms, and major organizations. You’ll drive company vehicles and handle loading, unloading, and daily work orders.

This role involves on-road and warehouse work, requires a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 40–50 lbs, and offers competitive pay, full benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Driving or delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Must pass a 10-year background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver records.
• Load/unload boxes and pull orders accurately.
• Scan, track, and complete daily work orders.
• Keep vehicles and work areas clean and organized.
