Access | Information Management in Chicago seeks a Record Center/Transportation Specialist to transport and protect critical records for hospitals, law firms, and major organizations. You’ll drive company vehicles, load/unload boxes, and keep work areas organized, ensuring accurate daily orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• Driving or delivery experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail are needed.
• Must pass a 10‑year background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver records.
• Load/unload boxes and pull orders accurately.
• Scan, track, and complete daily work orders.
• Keep vehicles and work areas clean and organized.
