Job summary

Access | Information Management is seeking a Record Center/Transportation Specialist in Indianapolis, IN. You will drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver records for hospitals and law firms, load and unload boxes, and manage daily work orders.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to lift 40–50 lbs. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a dynamic, on-the-road environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Driving or delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver records.
• Load and unload boxes; pull orders accurately.
• Scan, track, and complete daily work orders.
• Keep vehicles and work areas clean and organized.
