Job summary

Access Information Management in Dallas, TX is seeking a Record Center/Transportation Specialist. You will drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver records, load and unload boxes, and scan daily work orders while keeping areas clean and organized.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift 40-50 lbs. Prior driving or delivery experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Driving or delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Must pass a 10-year background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver records.
• Load/unload boxes and pull orders accurately.
• Scan, track, and complete daily work orders.
• Keep vehicles and work areas clean and organized.
