Job summary

Access-Information-Management is seeking a Records Center/Transportation Specialist to drive company vehicles, pick up and deliver critical records for hospitals and law firms, and maintain organized work areas in transit and warehouse settings.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Candidates should be able to lift 40–50 lbs and pass required background checks and DOT physical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Driving or delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Must pass a 10-year background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver records.
• Load/unload boxes and pull orders accurately.
• Scan, track, and complete daily work orders.
• Keep vehicles and work areas clean and organized.
