Job summary

SAS Retail seeks a Traveling Retail Supervisor to oversee and motivate retail teams across multiple markets, drive sales, and ensure client standards are met. The role involves audits, reporting, and fostering strong client relationships while coordinating with business development and brands.

The position requires willingness to travel up to 80% and excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately complete multiple duties with frequent changes and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute retail projects.
• Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
• Monitor and regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
• Communicate, document, and coach direct reports effectively.
