The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Florida driver's license, and strong communication skills. Experience in customer service and a foreign language ability are appreciated but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus customer service experience preferred.
• 21 years of age or older and four years of driving experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to speak and read a foreign language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ride along to conduct road tests and evaluate driving skills and safe driving habits.
• Provide clear, friendly instructions to help customers understand each driving maneuver.
• Score the drive using state guidelines and explain results to customers.
• Deliver 5-star service by making every customer feel welcomed, respected, and supported.
• Share ideas to improve the road-testing process and stay updated on driving laws and procedures.
• Stay informed about changes in driving laws, procedures, and important updates.
