Mullens Markings in New Market, Maryland, seeks motivated Road Striping & Pavement Marking Crew Members to join our team. You will assist in applying road markings, set up traffic control devices, and operate striping equipment on road projects.

We value safety, reliability, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Prior road construction experience is preferred but not required; a valid driver's license is required, and CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• CDL may be required or a plus for operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in applying road markings including lines, crosswalks, and symbols.
• Set up and maintain traffic control devices during projects.

• Perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe worksite.
