Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• CDL Class A or B is a plus.

• Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting schedule demands.

Responsibilities

• Road Striping & Pavement Marking: apply lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols with striping equipment.
• Traffic Control: set up and maintain devices during road work.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: operate CDL vehicles and inspect equipment.
• Physical Labor: lifting, bending, standing, outdoor work in varying weather.
• Safety Compliance: follow all safety protocols on site.

What You'll Do

• Road Striping & Pavement Marking Assist in applying road markings including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols using specialized striping equipment.
• Traffic Control Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate CDL-required vehicles, including trucks and striping machines. Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Physical Labor Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Safety Compliance Follow all company and job-site safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For
