Job summary

Mullens Markings is hiring Road Striping & Pavement Marking Crew Members to join our Greensboro, NC team. This hands-on role focuses on applying highway, roadway, and parking lot markings and maintaining traffic control during projects.

You will operate striping equipment and CDL-required vehicles, with safety and reliability as top priorities. We seek motivated, detail-oriented individuals able to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior road construction, striping, or traffic-control experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Apply road markings including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols using striping equipment.
• Set up and maintain traffic control devices at job sites.
• Operate CDL-required vehicles and perform basic inspections and maintenance.
• Perform manual labor including lifting, bending and outdoor work in various weather.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies on construction sites.

What You'll Do

• Road Striping & Pavement Marking Assist in applying road markings including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols using specialized striping equipment.
• Traffic Control Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate CDL-required vehicles, including trucks and striping machines. Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Physical Labor Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Safety Compliance Follow all company and job-site safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
• Class A or B CDL is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control preferred but not required
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting schedule demands
