Mullens Markings is seeking motivated and reliable Road Striping & Pavement Marking Crew Members to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This hands-on role directly contributes to road safety and infrastructure projects, ensuring quality work and on-time delivery.

As part of Road Safety Services, we value safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining striping equipment, coordinating with crews, and adapting to night and weekend schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
• Class A or B CDL is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control preferred but not required
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting schedule demands

Responsibilities

• Road Striping & Pavement Marking: Assist in applying road markings including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols using specialized striping equipment.
• Traffic Control: Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate CDL-required vehicles, including trucks and striping machines. Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Physical Labor: Perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all company and job-site safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
