RP Rents Wisconsin is seeking a Road Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain rental equipment at customer sites in the Wisconsin area. The role involves field service calls, preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has field tech experience, strong mechanical/electrical/hydraulic skills, and a valid driver’s license. You will work with dispatch and customers to provide timely updates and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed.
• Ensure all repairs are completed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Operate service vehicles and manage tools, parts inventory, and supplies needed for field repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally on-site.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including after-hours or weekends when required.

The Road Service Technician is responsible for performing on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on equipment. This position ensures that equipment is operating safely and efficiently by responding to field service calls and providing timely, high-quality service directly at customer locations.
