Job summary

Warhorse Rentals is seeking a hands-on Road Service Technician to diagnose and repair rental equipment in the Dunmore area. You’ll perform preventive maintenance and in-field diagnostics, working with service advisors to ensure parts and service requirements are met.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a service technician or mechanic; construction equipment experience is preferred.
• Strong hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Experience with scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, and light construction equipment is a plus.
• Comfort using laptops, Microsoft Office, and internet-based tools.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor and major repairs on rental equipment.
• Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues in the field and apply root cause analysis to resolve them effectively.
• Work with Service Advisors and Managers to document repairs, identify parts needs, and communicate additional service requirements.
• Help maintain the reliability and readiness of a growing light construction and aerial equipment fleet.
• Represent Warhorse Rentals with professionalism, urgency, and a customer-first approach at every service call.
