We are seeking a road mechanic to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have mechanical experience with cars, trucks, or forklifts. Forklift knowledge is a definite plus. After a training period, the applicant will be provided with a service van to visit customer locations to repair forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment. We also provide a gas card, cell phone, and tablet for work-related travel and communication. The role offers flexibility, as the technician can go directly from home to the first customer job without reporting to the main office daily. Experience with technology is advantageous, as all hours and tasks will be logged via a tablet. We are a family-owned business with 35 years of operation, offering excellent pay and benefits. Responsibilities

• Mobile field repairs
• Efficient equipment maintenance according to industry and company standards
• Complete required documentation, including work orders
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Observe and comply with all company policies and safety standards
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the service & repair department
• Ensure safety for employees, customers, the public, and the environment

Qualifications

• At least one year of mechanical experience
