Qualifications

• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• DOT drug testing and regulatory requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service by tracking trip performance, ensuring on-time starts and safety.
• Provide customer support for questions and concerns about trips, including no-shows and cancellations.
• Manage emergencies for vehicle operators and liaise with emergency services.
• Review daily route performance and respond to operational issues to protect service quality.
• Perform other duties as required.
