Formación

• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• DOT-certified and willing to complete a medical exam and driving test.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent, or UPS internal experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise on-road employees to maximize efficiency and safe delivery.
• Track performance against goals using standard quality tools.
• Coordinate daily dispatch and complete on-road audits.
• Maintain safe work processes and control costs within budget.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees to drive development.
• Ensure health and safety program implementation and audits.
• Address customer needs, develop talent, and foster teamwork.
