Job summary

UPS in Raleigh, NC is seeking a supervisory professional to oversee service providers and on‑road staff. You will drive performance, ensure safety and compliance, and foster a customer‑focused environment while managing daily dispatch and audits.

You will leverage DOT certification, package car driving experience, and strong Excel/Word skills. This role requires relocation as needed and adherence to UPS safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) or be a current UPS employee with three years of UPS experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National, or eligible to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
• Must be located in Raleigh, NC or willing to relocate.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to work 7:00–19:00, Tuesday to Saturday.
• Must have previous Package car driving experience and supervisory experience.
• Must be DOT certified and willing to pass a physical exam and driving test.

Responsibilities

• Manages and works with on-road employees to maximize efficiency and ensure safe, timely, professional package delivery.
• Maintains operational performance by developing work plans, troubleshooting inefficiencies, and monitoring costs to budget.
• Applies policies and procedures to business situations and helps develop center proficiency.
• Ensures a comprehensive health and safety plan is implemented and maintained.
• Coaches and develops others using career development processes and tools.
