Job summary

MTM Transit is hiring a Road Supervisor in Tracy, CA. You will ensure fleet operations meet company and regulatory standards, maintain vehicle condition, monitor incidents, and ensure daily routes are staffed with drivers. Starting pay is $30.00–$32.00 per hour.

The role requires a CDL with Airbrakes and Passenger Endorsement, supervisory experience, and ability to pass DOT and background checks. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid CDL with Airbrakes and Passenger Endorsement required.
• DOT physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening must be passed.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• No more than 6 points on driving record in last 4 years.
• Criminal background check required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time performance measures of drivers and safety practices.
• Provide oversight of fleet maintenance program.
• Coordinate data and photo collection at accident/incident scenes.
• Investigate accident determinations.
• Assist drivers with questions and on-road support.
• Assist customers with information and complaint resolution.
• Provide management with reports to evaluate route and schedule effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
