Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dispatching experience.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and Part 40 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service by coordinating with operators and tracking performance.
• Provide customer support regarding trips, no-shows, cancellations and missed trips.
• Manage emergencies for vehicle operators and liaise with emergency services.
• Review route performance and proactively respond to service-impacting situations.
• Carry out other duties as required.
