Job summary

You will partner with project management, safety, and leadership to maintain production standards, monitor performance, and address issues promptly. Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Extensive experience supervising road construction and crews.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret plans, specs, and schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
