• Ability to manage safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, and profitability.
• Enforce safety, quality, scheduling, and production programs across projects.
• Communicate project status, costs, schedules, and risk with leadership and clients.
• Track performance and implement corrective actions to protect profitability.
• Coordinate with preconstruction and estimating teams for bids and transitions.
• Lead superintendents and project managers with clear expectations and coaching.
