Job summary

Mancuso Harley-Davidson Crossroads in Houston, TX is seeking a charismatic Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for riders. You’ll help them get back on the road with confidence, acting as a trusted Road Captain who guides them from intake to completion.

You will write up service orders, communicate with technicians, and provide accurate estimates, while suggesting parts and upgrades to tailor each bike to the rider’s dreams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role (service writer/advisor or high-end retail).
• Organized and able to track multiple jobs and manage workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred; company will assist if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet riders, diagnose needs, and turn issues into a tailored service plan.
• Write up service orders and coordinate with technicians to manage workflow.
• Keep riders updated with clear explanations and a positive attitude.
• Create accurate, transparent estimates with costs and timelines.
• Suggest parts, upgrades, and accessories to personalize bikes.
