Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking an Operator-Reverse Osmosis Technician for our 24/7 Taylor, TX operations. You will operate and maintain ultrapure water and wastewater systems including RO, ion exchange, and ultrafiltration to ensure optimal facility performance.

The role requires 2 years of college/technical training or equivalent experience, with preferred background in semiconductor/mass production environments and SCADA systems (Siemens/FMCS/Honeywell).Eligible applicants must be legally

Qualifications

2 years of college/technical school or equivalent related experience.
Experience with Siemens, FMCS, and Honeywell SCADA systems.
Semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Austin cannot sponsor.

Responsibilities

Monitor equipment and processes to improve reliability.
Perform equipment rounds and readings across UPW-IWT systems.
Troubleshoot equipment/system failures and adjust to return to normal operation.
Perform ion-exchange regenerations and RO cleans.
Assist in consumable replacements for UPW and IWT plants.
Mentor junior technicians and participate in improvements.
