The role is hybrid, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability, negotiate deals, rebates, and supplier relations while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Requires a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 1–3 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and related policies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, mathematical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Apply today!# **Job Details**This is a Hybrid role, reporting to our Conshohocken, PA office weekly.This analyst is responsible for analyzing the existing business relationship with our large strategic accounts while maintaining customer compliance and ensuring manufacturer performance. Recommends and contributes to improve strategies in customer relations resulting in increased value for Cencora.* Analyze Large Strategic Accounts; forecasts, sales vs. plan and purchasing trends, whether based on historical demand or new customer requirements to maximize Cencora Distribution Service Agreement (DSA) compliance.* Builds and maintains relationships with Large Strategic Accounts, Suppliers and other functional areas in order to improve performance, buy side profitability, inventory productivity and overall team effectiveness.* Develops new solutions to various tactical challenges strategic accounts face as it relates to procuring product and supplier and distribution center relations.* Works with Large Strategic Accounts Manager on opportunities such as deals, rebates, allowances, new item purchases and promotional activities for suppliers and customers.* Ability to resolve issues with guidance and oversight from manager.* Ability to multi-task and perform varied functions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.* Participates in strategic decisions to find solutions to increase profitability.* Performs related duties as assigned.**Experience & Education:*** Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.* Normally requires a minimum of one to three years directly related and progressively responsible experience.**Skills & Knowledge:*** Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of fundamental concepts, principles, practices and procedures in Procurement* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing* Knowledge of ABC policies, programs & services and products* Ability to multi-task* Strong interpersonal skills* Strong negotiating skills* Strong analytical skills* Strong mathematical skills* Strong organizational skills; attention to detail* Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices* Strong computer skills in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook# ******What Cencora offers******We provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members’ ability to live with purpose every day.
