Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions is seeking an experienced RN Nurse Practitioner educator to deliver on-site NP education to staff and learners at our Franklin, NH location. You will assess learner progress, coach for skill improvement, and ensure nursing practice compliance with regulatory standards.

The role includes developing evidence-based curricula, coordinating onboarding, and leading simulations to reinforce best practices.

Qualifications

• RN with active license and NP practice authority.
• Experience delivering nurse practitioner education in clinical or academic settings.
• Ability to develop evidence-based curricula and competency assessments.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and nursing practice compliance.
• Proven track record in on-site coaching and performance improvement.
• Data-driven mindset: ability to use metrics to drive improvement.
