Job summary

Brightmark is seeking a Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Senior Process Operator to safely operate and maintain our plant, interfacing with SCADA, conducting tests, and supporting maintenance activities.

The role requires 4+ years in wastewater or plant environments, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with SCADA and CMMS. Strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn anaerobic digestion processes are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years in wastewater or plant environment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of SCADA and CMMS.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn anaerobic digestion processes.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations, maintenance, and facility activities.
• Monitor HMIs and waste treatment processes.
• Record and analyze plant operation data.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform repairs.
• Maintain instrumentation and control equipment.
• Collect samples for lab analysis and process control.
• Ensure plant operates within standards.
• Monitor electrical System performance.
• Maintain a clean plant environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
