Qualifications

• Completion of RNFA program meeting AORN standards.
• 2+ years as operating room nurse (circulator and scrub).

Responsibilities

• Preoperative patient management and planning with the healthcare team.
• Postoperative rounds and discharge planning participation.
• Intraoperative first assist under surgeon direction with exposure, tissue handling, and hemostasis.
