Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Georgia is seeking a qualified RN First Assistant to deliver safe and high-quality patient-centered perioperative care. You will function as an RN first assistant during operative and invasive procedures, and may act as an RN circulator in the OR.

Required: nursing program graduation, completion of AORN-RN First Assistant program, and active Georgia RN licensure with CNOR/CRNFA credentials. BCLS and ACLS/PALS are also required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program (Required)
• Completion of an AORN-RN First Assistant program with didactic and clinical components (Required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-family centered perioperative care.
• Serve as RN first assistant during operative and invasive procedures and throughout perioperative continuum.
• Act as RN circulator when applicable to perioperative care.
