Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program
• Completion of an AORN-RN First Assistant program (didactic and clinical)

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the OR and perioperative areas
• Serve as RN First Assistant during operative and invasive procedures, and as RN circulator when needed
• Coordinate perioperative care across the continuum in alignment with credentials, privileges, experience, education and competency verification
