Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD with 3+ years of related experience in life sciences laboratory or biomanufacturing.
• Experience synthesizing and purifying RNA via in vitro transcription.
• Experience developing, optimizing, and transferring biologics or nucleic acid unit operations.
• Strong analytical and data-recording skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize RNA and LNP unit operations for continuous manufacturing.
• Translate benchtop processes into automated formats with engineers.
• Generate RNA drug products using transcription and purification techniques.
• Define process parameters and in-process controls; conduct DOE studies.
• Document protocols, batch records, and data packages.
