Qualifications

• 2-4.5+ years of industry experience for Ph.D. candidates, or 10-12 years for non-PhD.
• Hands-on expertise in in vitro transcription (IVT) kinetics.
• Extensive purification experience with Tangential Flow Filtration and chromatography.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, and scale-up of manufacturing processes for mRNA therapeutics.
• Apply Design of Experiments (DoE) for process evaluation and improvement.
• Author comprehensive technical reports and documentation.
