You will design and execute formulation and stability studies, scale LNP manufacturing using rapid‑mixing and TFF, and support technology transfer for early‑phase CT manufacture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science, chemistry, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, or related field; 4+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience formulating RNA-LNPs (e.g., mRNA, siRNA) and downstream processing (TFF, dialysis, sterile filtration).
• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute experiments with increasing independence; analyze and interpret data.
• Develop and optimize RNA-LNP formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Support tech transfer to internal or external sites for early-phase CT manufacture.
