Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
• 1 year in nucleic acid formulation or polymeric nanoparticle formulation.
• 1 year in nanoparticle characterization techniques (DLS, zeta, Ribogreen).
• 1 year in preparing nanoparticle formulations for in vitro/in vivo studies.
• 1 year in wet lab biology techniques.
• Up to 10% travel (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and troubleshoot experiments for LNP formulations from small to mid‑scale.
• Characterize LNPs daily; assess stability via particle sizing, Ribogreen, osmometry.
• Optimize formulation methods for nucleic acid delivery.
• Support midscale production for large animal studies.
• Develop SOPs and test method documentation.
• Interpret data and maintain comprehensive study records.
