Job summary

Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Center in Dillwyn, VA is seeking an experienced RN QA Nurse to lead wound care and infection control programs within our long-term care facility.

The successful candidate will be a clinical leader, with ASN/BSN and Virginia RN license, and a track record in nursing administration. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Five (5) years of supervisory or nursing administration experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of the laws, regulations and guidelines governing nursing functions in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement programs.
• Ability to work well with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wound care program and infection control plan.
• Lead clinical team and coordinate care for residents.
• Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations.
