Job summary
Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Center in Dillwyn, VA is seeking an experienced RN QA Nurse to lead wound care and infection control programs within our long-term care facility.

Qualifications
- Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
- Five (5) years of supervisory or nursing administration experience preferred.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of the laws, regulations and guidelines governing nursing functions in a long-term care facility.
- Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement programs.
- Ability to work well with a variety of individuals.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee wound care program and infection control plan.
- Lead clinical team and coordinate care for residents.
- Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations.
- Collaborate with staff to improve resident outcomes.
