Job summary

Heritage Hall in Virginia is seeking an RN Unit Manager/Supervisor to lead the unit, deliver high-quality nursing care, and serve as a clinical leader within the team.

You will work on the day shift, coordinate care with staff, ensure compliance with nursing practices and regulations, and support residents and co-workers in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
