Job summary

Heritage Hall in Virginia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a clinical leader in our long-term care facility, guiding care teams and ensuring residents receive thoughtful, compassionate support.

You will collaborate with staff across disciplines, communicate clearly with residents and families, and participate in continuous quality improvement to shape positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college.
• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
