Job summary

Heritage Hall in Leesburg, VA, is seeking an experienced RN to join our care team as a Wound Care Nurse. You will lead clinical efforts and collaborate with staff to improve resident outcomes on a day-to-day basis.

The role emphasizes compassionate leadership, hands-on wound management, and a commitment to high-quality long-term care. Virginia RN license required; wound care experience preferred.

RN Wound Care Qualifications:

• Must have an active RN license in the state of Virginia.
