Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Wound Care Specialist to integrate wound care therapy into the total nursing care plan. The role requires an active RN license in the state and CPR certification, with experience in emergency or critical care preferred.

You will participate in patient and family teaching, lead by collaborating with the nursing team, and report to the Director of Wound Care. PAM Health offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth, and a supportive leadership

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license in the working state.
• Two years of direct patient care experience required; emergency/critical care or ET nursing preferred.
• CPR certification required and must be maintained.
• Wound care certification (WC certification) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wound care therapy within the total nursing care plan.
• Lead and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain professional standards.
• Provide patient and family teaching on wound care and recovery.
• Report to the Director of Wound Care.
