Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Wound Clinic OP at Thompson Peak Medical Office Building in Scottsdale, AZ. The RN provides comprehensive patient care guided by ANA standards, documents histories, administers treatments, and supports follow-up and rehabilitation.

This position requires 2+ years med-surg or acute care experience, 1 year RN experience for float roles, and an active AZ RN license with BLS. Wound care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in med-surg or acute specialty nursing experience required.
• 1 year RN experience required for float positions.
• Arizona RN license upon hire; BLS certification required.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The RN's practice is guided by the ANA Standard for Professional Nurse and Code of Ethics.
• Record patients' medical history and symptoms, perform diagnostic tests and administer treatments.
• Establish and contribute to patient care plans; manage IV lines and medications.
• Educate patients and families on illness management and home care needs; follow-up plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team; precept and mentor staff as needed.
