Qualifications

• RN with 1 year of RN experience for float positions.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop a family-centered care plan.
• Develop individualized plans based on current nursing practice.
• Initiate treatments, medications, and IV therapy per orders.
• Document nursing observations and interventions.
• Evaluate progress and adjust care to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure safety and cost-aware care delivery.
